Chapter Organization

Welcome to our chapter!

The North Carolina Triangle Chapter of DSA is a democratically run organization that looks to its membership for leadership and decisions. Before you dive into the inner workings of our chapter in later tabs, we want to provide a high-level overview of how we work!

Our organization is an ever-evolving reflection of its member body. Each tab on the left side of the site provides supporting information to different levels of chapter membership from not yet members to member leaders.

Chapter campaigns, committees, sections, & associations are formalized sub groups of our chapter we refer to as working bodies. That’s where the real action of the chapter takes place!

Once a member has joined, they can find home in DSA by joining one or many of these groups. If you don’t see a type of working body you’re looking for, you can start your own! Our chapter is here to serve and support its members and our shared mission in DSA of material change towards a socialist future in the triangle.
