- Use the tag @Grievance Team (HGOs) to ping HGOs publicly. Use of this tag is visible to the entire chapter.
Types of Support
There are 2 types of support: formal and informal grievances. Please see details below:

| How long is the process? | Open ended, usually within 2 weeks | As possible, w/in 10 days of start of investigation • Mediated Discussion • Restorative Justice Circle • Formal Apologies • Reparations & Behavior Change |

There are intermittent trainings available related to conflict navigation & resolution at both the local and chapter levels. See below:
Chapter Level
- Grievance Process and Policy & Comradely Disagreement training
- Included in Member Leader training curriculum. Available to the chapter at large.
- Sign-up using the chapter Google Calendar.
National Level
- The Committee for Grievance Officers hosts HGO Trainings & Workshops throughout the year
